  Most economical and best and centrally located in Nairobi for business travellers, very cooperative management. Must mention specially abt Mr Niraj, he helped us all through out our stay. Rooms are good, only thing missing is a mirror in the room where we stayed. We never got chance to have any food in this place. Must mention here abt Warm welcome by the reception team Over all for a business travellers it’s a good centrally located place for sure

  I stayed at this hotel for three days. It's a safe hotel in Nairobi. Furthermore, the hotel manager, David, takes care of each guest individually. I recommend staying at this hotel.

  I’ll round up for location, pool, and affordability. The room is AVERAGE, 3 star. The shower has to be from the 1990s and averagely done. The laminate floor is intact but there is buckling in several spots. The AC was okay, cool at best (2.5 star). The shower door wasn’t sealed properly when installed so water will leak a little onto the bathroom tile so 2.5 star shower. Internet in the room is weak-ish and would lose signal randomly for seconds so 2.5 star. The service is nice. The pool is great but there is no changing room. The granite floor is a little too slick to walk on with minimal treads so be careful when approaching the pool. Note: I had to walk through the dining area to gain access to the pool. Poor layout but not a huge problem — just a little awkward. There are no extra towels at the pool so bring one from the room. The wine list at the bar? My friend had half a glass and returned the Merlot bc it wasn’t good. The food? My friend overheard that it was not good either (for the price) she paid and also returned it. Overall, it’s safe. Decently clean. Service workers are nice and well mannered. 3 star for the room and 4 star bc of pool, PRICE (very affordable), and location. We walked to Nairobi street eating complex plus the Havana bar (10-15 minutes). Random: I asked about laundry service (see pic) and their price for one piece of clothing is the same as one load back home in the US laundry mat. It’s a hotel so the price should be higher but a bit higher than Tsavo West National Park Severin lodge.

  Very close to Sarit Centre about 4 minutes walk. Good staff sadly the room had a small TV I was given a large room with a small kitchen which I didn’t use.

  Great Hotel. Good customer service especially Wycliffe. Rooms and kitchen are clean and very comfortable. Lovely staff made ne feel welcome.
