    We held a conference and unfortunately one of our invitees cracked a glass wall, no one assisted , the General Manager kept us waiting for 3 hrs till night fell with no answer since the owner wont pick up calls. Terrible customer care and eventually asked client to pay for damage. Avoid this hotel at all costs in case any accident happens you are on your own.

    Just by the road, very friendly and helpful staff . Management can get a little rough. Beautiful gardens!! Definitely a wedding/birthday/shoot destination. The food is well done and fresh. No re-heats ☺️.

    The Hotel? Absolutely gorgeous. But the customer service? Whew... let’s just say it needs a serious glow-up.     The hotel is good for the stay for business and family leisure. Hot water 24x7 and the team is so much supporting that they care each and every tiny thinks you ask for. Vegetarian food prepared by the chef and the breakfast is good enough to enjoy and have a healthy meal. The garden has a nice greenery with trees to take your morning walk with a great pleasent healthy air and atmosphere and the hotel is very neat and clean with ample parking space.

    I have the pleasure to give my honest review about Willis Hotels, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional! The service was top-notch, and our guests were extremely happy with the hospitality they received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their stay was comfortable and memorable.They are grateful for the wonderful service and highly recommended Willis Hotels to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The only thing that needs attention is the signage and probably a touch of the front decor, some light missing on the Logo. Cheers Willis Hotel.
