  The hotel is nice and all but I gave a bad review because; I(we) just went there for an industry visit or something of the sort and we stayed there from around 9am till around 4pm without being offered even the smallest cup of water. I know we might not have been paying guests but we were still guests. Like, that's a hospitality company/business, but where's the hospitality. The tour was nice, the staff and management are all great but still. 3/10

  This is a great quiet space. The staff are professional and have a quick response to concerns. The rooms are meticulous, the food delicious, the conference facility as per expectations. It was a great stay and nothing would stop me visiting again/recommending the facility. Cheers!

  It has non AC room which was not very clearly mentioned while booking which create lot confusion that you are booking an AC room which later found to be non AC which create lot of inconvenience. Rooms have lot mosquitos and there is effective way to avoid them. Rooms are small. Also while check in it was told us to have complementary breakfast and when checkout we charged. Staff at entry gate was good but at reception the lady was very rude and not welcoming attitude and make bad face which create negative vibes despite of it could be a great property if maintained with professionalism and with clear information

  I have stayed here twice, 2017 had a pleasant stay. However, my 2025 stay was not too good. The hotel has not been maintained very well thus quality has reduced considerably. The mattresses need replacing-very uncomfortable. The furniture in the room needs replacing as well. WiFi is very slow. TV is very hard to control. They really ought to consider doing an upgrade of the rooms.
