  Me and my daughter visited the place for lunch after staying in Kigali for sometime and we wanted to enjoy Kenyan food. Everything was very amazing, the staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming.special thanks to Pauline for making our experience even better ❤️

Welcome & Reception What stands out immediately is the warm, genuine welcome. Guests frequently comment on the reception staff’s friendliness and professionalism—how they greet you, help with your luggage, explain options, and ensure you feel immediately at ease. The front desk seems to go beyond just checking in: there’s a sense of being cared for, with staff attentive to your needs. Service & Assistance Throughout one’s stay, the assistance provided is consistent. Whether assistance means guiding you to nearby sights, helping with room requests, or ensuring meals suit dietary preferences, the staff do well. Reviewers often note how prompt and helpful personnel are.   They have good staff but need some senior personnel around .Their accounts department person need to be present late evening especially if a their client is having conference as in accounts absence it make challenging for the Staff.I wanted to appreciate Mr Malcom Nyariyamo who went of way to sort issues.He good addition to Legacy .Another one is Ms Pauline always having nice smile on face which is must in Service industry . Can somebody Senior look and offer continuous training to whole staff .Must for any service industry
