Great hotel close to all Westland facilities- mall, hospital, restaurants. Perfect for short break or weekend away. Off street secure parking is provided which is a bonus. Staff very helpful.

Very exceptional customer care offered by amazing team members like Derrick Omondi, Peter Lumbasi(front desk), Angela and Duncan (restaurant), daytime security, housekeepers , the team leader himself , etc. Great location, the facility is quiet and clean, plus real value for money. I would certainly recommend the Ivory Hotel, Nairobi any day. Keep up the good work!👏👏

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming mid-sized hotel in Nairobi, just a short walk from my sister’s house. We were almost 35-40 guests staying at this hotel for a wedding! The staff truly made the experience memorable—they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Peter and his staff were always there to assist us in every way! Their breakfast menu had a variety! Angela at the breakfast area was so personable and always ready to make us potatoe paratha to masala chai! Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Everyone in the hotel was superfriendly. We had a minor issue with our check in and they quickly sorted out for us. As an apology they upgraded our room amd they were very thoughtful. The location is not far from the airport and easy to find. Very much recommend this hotel. They made the stay easy at all times. If I come back I'll have no problem to stay here again.

Very nice hotel and having friendly staff. Owner is also very nice person, highly recommended in this budget. Although need some improvements like swimming pool, gym, balconies but overall it's great place to stay for a short/long period.
