    The services are bad ,especially the room service no response at all despite trying several times. The bathroom is quite small and only one hand towel. Johar Restaurant has amazing breakfast buffet but the waiters are unreasonable slow and at a point felt like they were being forced to serve. You can do better for a 5 star hotel

    We visited for the Christmas brunch and had an amazing time. The staff were very attentive, kudos to our waiter Amos and Chef Peter. The only downside was that some items, such as ice cream, ran out at the buffet and were not replenished. Additionally, when I went to get the choma, the chef was not at the station. I waited for almost 10 minutes, and when he returned, I was asked to go inside to get plates as there were none available at that section. I hope these issues can be addressed, especially ensuring that plates are available at all buffet areas. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

    I definitely enjoyed the Christmas brunch. It was worth every dime. It was an amazing treat for my lovely parents and they had a wonderful time. The service and the food was amazing. They had a variety of desserts and meat. I'd recommend setting up a baby changing room.

    I thoroghly enjoyed the Boma Christmas brunch. The food was very tasty. Special thanks to Chef Felix who attended to us with utter most care and patience. The whole staff in general was splendid. I will definitely continue dining n making merry at the Boma hotel.

The festive ambiance was elegant and welcoming, the service impeccable, and the food absolutely superb—well presented, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Every detail reflected excellence and genuine hospitality. A truly memorable Christmas experience. Highly recommended.
