  Rooms:The twin room we had was great...had comfy beds and hot water and somehow wasn't cold...it even had snacks but they were an extremely cost. Service: It wasn't that good Food:Dinner was slow but the buffet breakfast was great

  When we went for breakfast the waiters were not there until we had to go back to the reseption but besides that every thing was good and the showers were not turning hot just warm

  Rooms: Nice look, and clean. Shower was not getting hot!! Just warm and not warm enough!!! Service: We got there late and Check in was good. BREAKFAST: Sausage, Bacon, Beans, Potatoes, Wings WAS barely warm considering we had breakfast @7:30. Bacon was all over, overcooked, undercooked. I ate some beans, sausage and an overcooked bacon and 1 small potato. Wish it was hotter!! My honey, dnt like any of it. There were eggs if you wanted them cooked but we dnt hv any. Coffee dble shot latte and tea were AWESOME! The PASSION JUICE was awesome too. The breakfast attendant need training/education on how to serve, dnt just splatter the food on the plate, looks rude and send a message of “ I dnt want to be here😒” I dnt mind serving myself either. Location: Is awesome, safe, nice and quiet. Hotel look nice. I will return but please FIX THE HOT SHOWER ISSUE.

  It was good.... I liked the ambience ✨... The interior design is top notch👍.... The cocktails🍸 were superb👌...... I like that the waitress was kind and gentle.... And keen to customers needs........ I would definitely recommend it 📌🤗🙏🥂................................... Definitely found my chill spot 📍in nakuru.... Plus they have a lot of other services.... Just call or chech their website 😄................................................................

  I recently stayed at Alps Hotel Nakuru, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms that are both spacious and comfortable. The service was top-notch—staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Shift handover needs to be checked as day receptionist didn't pass our special request to the night receptionist. One of the highlights of this hotel is the breathtaking city view. Whether during the day or at night, the panoramic view of Nakuru from the hotel is simply stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. However, one issue that needs urgent attention is the driveway. The design is not well set, and unfortunately, it scrapes vehicle bumpers, especially for low-clearance cars. A smoother and more car-friendly entrance would greatly improve the experience for guests arriving by vehicle. Despite this, Alps Hotel Nakuru remains a great place to stay, offering excellent hospitality and a beautiful ambiance. I highly recommend it and hope to see improvements in the driveway soon!
