The place has changed, too much cockroaches, poor cleaning services,... I was treated so bad here and this is the place I stay when am in Nairobi, I think most workers there didn't go to hospitality school, they are from the village, they forget we have so many hotels in the city, I had even to change the hotel because I had not finished working in Nairobi. Am a client who sleeps at sislink minimum days is two weeks , when am in Nairobi.

Offers customer services that are quite satisfying. Prices are affordable and customer friendly. It's strategic location along Kirinyaga Road, gives it a serene environment free from noise.

Sislink Hotel, located on Kirinyaga Road in Nairobi's Central Business District, offers budget-friendly accommodations with a mix of strengths and areas for improvement. --- 🛏️ Rooms & Cleanliness Guests frequently commend the hotel for its clean and spacious rooms. The linens and towels are well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, some visitors have noted discrepancies between the actual rooms and online photos, as well as issues like windows that don't close properly and bathrooms lacking adequate privacy. --- 👥 Staff & Service The hotel's staff are often described as friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall guest experience. While most interactions are positive, there have been occasional reports of service issues, such as overcharging for laundry services. --- 📍 Location & Accessibility Situated in a central area, Sislink Hotel provides easy access to Nairobi's main attractions and public transportation. However, its location on a busy street contributes to a noisy environment, and some guests have expressed concerns about safety, particularly at night. --- 🌐 Wi-Fi & Amenities The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, though its reliability varies among guests. Some have experienced decent connectivity, while others faced slow speeds or intermittent access. --- 📝 Overall Impression Sislink Hotel is a suitable choice for travelers seeking affordable accommodations in Nairobi's city center. Its clean rooms and friendly staff are notable positives. However, potential guests should be aware of the noise levels, occasional service inconsistencies, and variable Wi-Fi connectivity.
