    Worst customer service. The owner needs to invest more on staff training. They are way below average. The food too was substandard. Not for the class of that hotel. Nice ambience, well manicureed garden but the owner needs to utilise more of that facility. It's under utilised. Don't think of booking this place if you have a family. Mtateseka tu na watoto. Avoid this place if you can. Would not recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

    Seriously overpriced for the level of service. The grounds are well kept and the rooms were decent. The staff was very inexperienced and untrained and generally inept. Do not expect to be able to get food there. Room service will take at least 2 hours or possibly even longer and will require you still having to go to the kitchen to get anything done. Nobody in the staff communicates with each other and the place is poorly managed. Its a beautiful location in need of a decent owner. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
