The buffet spread is huge, the rooms are clean and affordable, and it's walking distance from Kitale town center. The restaurant serves solid Kenyan classics — chapati, beef stew, sukuma wiki. Good for overnight stays if you're exploring western Kenya.

A good hotel, good and decent rooms, hospitable staff, clean bathrooms with warm water, clean and new beddings, quiet surroundings especially the fourth and fifth floors. However, they should improve on the bathroom 'glass walls', some had water leaking from the joints to the room floor, posing a risk of sliding. The use of stairs is also tiresome. Wish they had a lift.
