I had a very disappointing experience at Panari Hotel. Room service was extremely unresponsive. They do not answer phone calls consistently, and their service appears to end around 10 a.m. I called 13 times to place a food order. The first call was answered, but after I explained what I wanted, the staff member became rude, refused to assist further, and spoke to me in a very dismissive and disrespectful manner. The reception staff was equally unhelpful and impolite. Despite waiting over 25 minutes and making repeated attempts, I was unable to get any food or assistance. What concerned me most was the clear difference in treatment: it felt as though only repeat guests or certain types of customers receive basic courtesy and attention. As a Kenyan staying in my own country, I was made to feel unwelcome, unimportant, and like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. My work requires long hours and physical effort, so reliable basic services (especially food when I’m unable to leave the room) are essential. Unfortunately, every single request was handled poorly or ignored. If you are looking for a hotel that provides at least the bare minimum of respectful service and responsiveness, I cannot recommend Panari. The experience left me feeling like an outcast in my own country, and I would strongly advise others to choose a different property.

They are capable of spoiling your best planned moments, very irresponsible and careless towards their clients. So never make the mistake to choose this resort for your special occasions. You won't get value for money here.

Great place, very serene and quiet location. Most ideal for rewinding. Thomson falls is just few meters away. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a quiet place to relax.

Other than draft coming in from the main bedroom door everything else was awesome. They lit a fire in the room and provided hot water bottles. The food was great and the facilities were modern and working. Can recommend the hotel to anyone travelling. The Chef was particularly amazing and met the guests individually ensuring the kids had food they could eat and enjoy. He is a gem!

🌳💚 Had a wonderful stay at Panari Resort Nyahururu! 🏞️ The property is very good, with peacocks 🦅 and hares 🐇 roaming freely around the grounds. 🌿 The hotel staff were super helpful, escorting us to the stunning Thomson's Falls 💧 and Hippo Pool 🐘 nearby. 🍴 The food was delicious, and the service was timely and friendly. 👌 Perfect hill station location for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend! 😊👍 Special Tip to Resort. For Hippo pool hiking Resort shall provide big gumboots to the guests. Can be kept near roadside entrance.
