  After a horrible stay at 818 due to noise disturbance a few years back, we booked Royal Gardens as we wanted a noise free stay and we were pleasantly surprised. The deluxe rooms are modern, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and hot water was available. Areas of improvement, breakfast could be better for the price point of deluxe rooms. Staff training, especially those doing check in and check out. Minor issues that were quickly resolved. I will definitely stay here again when in Ol Kalau.
