  Almost all good except that i forgot my phone in the washroom and someone took it and the security team did almost nothing for me to have it back. did not even allow me to have the related footage or to show me the complete footage. sad thing.

  The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and despite multiple requests for the housekeeping to rid dust from the floors, the apartment remained dusty throughout our stay. We arrived for check-in at around 10:30 p.m. and were disappointed to learn that room service ends at 9:00 p.m.. As we just arrived from travel with tired children, going out was not an option, leaving us to rely on external food delivery, which arrived past midnight. Staff declined to assist with bringing the food to our room, citing policy. This contradicts the expectation of serviced suites, which should provide hotel-style comfort and support—particularly for late arrivals. The staff showed little willingness to assist when issues were raised, and requests for help were largely ignored. When you had heavy bags or packages to carry the staff ignored you and let you do the heavy lifting yourself which was the most disappointing part about all this. In addition, the quality of the bedding and pillows was unsatisfactory. We came for a holiday to relax but everything during our stay was so stressful I sincerely hated it. Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. Probably never come back again.

  We had a terrible night, on Saturday night the music from the club was playing in our bedroom on the 27th floor so well that we could dance to it rather then sleeping. The Windows are ZERO sound proof. We will not recommend if you plan to sleep

  Stayed here on an official trip for 4N and absolutely loved it. Location:5/5 Security:5/5 Views : 500/5 Loved it. It's one of the best places to stay with marriott, cafes and restaurants around it. Must recommend if you're looking to stay in Westlands.

  It's a very nice place to be with. It's also linked to Marriott Hotel so it's a great place to stay when you have conferences to attend in Marriott but you don't want to stay in Marriott or there are no reservations. I enjoyed my stay there. The Kitch stuff are great. * Shout out to Cynthia. You are doing a wonderful job with your team. * Shout of to the receptionist. She is great too.
