  Money was stolen from us in our hotel room immediately after the room service during our stay. While we were at the hotel, management took us to the police to give a statement. Since leaving, the hotel has completely stopped responding and we are the ones repeatedly chasing them for updates. No follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. Very disappointing handling of a serious issue. We would not recommend staying here!

  We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Okash. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The team was also extremely responsive and helpful when we had a payment-related issue, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience — we would definitely recommend this hotel.

  This is a halal hotel doesn't serve alcoholic drinks whatsoever. It is a budget friendly hotel with excellent service and food. The coffee is truly exceptional so to are the pastries. Ample parking and security. The rooms are clean a spacious. They also have conference facilities at had. The staff need training to improve service delivery.

  September 1st, 2025, was my first time visiting Nairobi, and I wanted to make sure that I chose a hotel that made me feel comfortable. I made the right decision to choose Okash City Boutique. The staff made my stay very comfortable. The staff is a wonderful group of people that I will never forget. I must mention that the food was a delight. The chefs were superb with their cooking. I couldn't get enough of eating their delicious foods. I must give a shout out to my friend for life...Chef Paul. He's a good friend and a great chef. I will be back to enjoy more of your good cooking. I have to say that Brian served me well. He's my new son. It would be robbery for me, not to mention the beautiful spirited hotel clerk Valary. She was one of a kind, humble, polite, and very helpful. Also, the hotel driver John was very friendly and a helpful guide around the city. To conclude my post...the entire staff was awesome! Please, if you visit this hotel, be very generous to this staff. Leave them a generous tip.

  Had a one-night stay at Okash right after our arrival in Nairobi. Organised pick-up via Titus, so we had an easy transfer to the hotel by driver John, thanks to both of them. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good. Okash did also organise us a transfer to Arusha, Tanzania and back and everything was very well organised. We do thank Titus and John for the organisation and perfect transfer. Recommended hotel for a stopover in Nairobi.
