  I stayed here for two nights and overall had a good experience. The bed was very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The hotel appears to be relatively new (less than two years old), and the atmosphere is pleasant. Mr. Ian was especially welcoming during check-in, providing helpful information about the hotel and truly reflecting the warmth of Kenyan hospitality. He also met us again during check-out, which was a nice personal touch. The hotel’s security system is very solid, and the security team was friendly and welcoming, which added to the sense of comfort and safety throughout the stay. The laundry service was efficient and satisfactory. As the hotel gets quite busy, a few areas could be improved. Guest requests over the phone sometimes take longer than expected, and my water request required a follow-up call. I also left a note regarding a non-working bedside hanging lamp, which wasn’t attended to during my stay. With the hotel being busy, the two elevators sometimes felt insufficient to handle the demand, and restaurant refills could be more prompt. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again in the future to see the improvements.

  Amazing service. All the staff are amazing here. Stayed here for one night and wish it was longer. Will definiltey be back to visit. Andrew and Daniel was amazing and the concierge manager was so helpful. Big shoutout to the rooftop bar. We only wanted to have one drink but ended up staying there the whole night. Great conversations and beautiful people !!

  This is a great central location in Nairobi. We stayed here before our safari tours. The staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. I injured my foot and they were very helpful. The rooms are lovely. Everything is so clean and nice. Stephen and Juliette were especially helpful.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Hotel in Westlands! The vibe was modern, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well-designed, and the overall service was excellent. I stayed during December, and the Christmas decorations were so nice especially when you looked at them through the transparent elevators as you moved up and down the building...it was really chic Christmasy. A special thank-you to Lydia, who was incredibly attentive during breakfast each morning. She made sure everything was perfect and added such a pleasant, personal touch to the experience. Thank you for always remembering my coffee orders to the letter!

  I had a really good experience staying at Novotel Nairobi Westlands. The hotel has a warm, modern feel from the moment you walk in, the artwork everywhere, from the lobby to the hallways and even the meeting spaces, really gives the place personality. It doesn’t feel generic at all, which I loved. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with a layout that makes the space feel bigger and more relaxing. I especially liked how the seating area is set up, it’s great for unwinding after a long day. I also got to use their conference facilities, and I really appreciated the creativity that went into the setup. The art pieces, the open layout, and even the bean-bag relaxation areas make it feel less stiff than most meeting rooms. It’s thoughtful and really helps with long workshop days. My only issue was with the Chui room door lock, which was a bit of a struggle at the time, hopefully that’s been fixed. Food-wise, I was impressed. The meals were consistently good, and there's clearly attention to detail in what they serve. The ambience in the dining areas is also really inviting. The location is another big plus, being in Westlands means everything you need is close by, yet the hotel still feels calm and peaceful.
