The staff is very helpful and friendly, I could spent relaxed and comfortable time then accessed SRG station next morning smoothly. Not clouded, I was only customer who stayed at the day. But there is no sign in front of the hotel, so it might be difficult to find. Don’t worry, Google maps location is correct and Sky blue gate is the entrance of this hotel. Call the hotel so staff come and welcome you.

The staff is lovely. Really close to the train station and airport. The location is very safe and quite perfect for a good holiday. We did a very last minute booking and still they were kind enough to check us in at 4.30 am in the morning. So perfect for odd hours as well.

Matilda, Anne and Zippy were all incredibly helpful with every need that I had, which, arriving alone to Kenya (and Africa altogether) for the first time, were extending, but they nevertheless accommodated without complaint. The dorm room was private with a bug net and a shared bathroom, but it was always in good condition. There were no bugs and it was all very clean. The breakfast was lovely, sufficient and with great complementary toppings and they even allowed me to check-in very early.

It is comfortable for staying one night if needed to go to the airport the next day. They have driver service to the airport that is very convenient. Very nice staff. Good place for the price you pay. Breakfast was a little bit slow. It is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a little bit uncomfortable, the shower is before the WC, you have to cross it to go to the WC.
