Safe and convenient for a flight delay, with excellent staff and tasty meals. The gym is tiny with only two cardio machines, hot water pressure is weak, and email communication is nonexistent — but if you just need a clean bed near the airport, it'll do.

Was in Nairobi 24 hours, the hotel is ok-ish and safe but some room for improvement: 1) it is impossible to communicate with them, both email adresses on website and on confirmation email of the booming are not monitored 2) the gym is very basic and crowded, only 2 cardio maschines 3) restaurant not that good, buffet style but not that high quality

Stayed one day due to missed flight. Rooms are fair. Hot water is poor pressure. Beds are comfortable. Staff service is excellent. Meals (breakfast and lunch) provided were tasty.

We were booked here due to flight delay They checked me in a room which had an occupant and the reception person did not apologize for that error. The staff look demotivated and some touch-up would be great to improve the look of the rooms. Generally I would say it is just an okay place.
