I booked this place recently, once I got there everything was fine apart from the TV not working,I asked the front desk to find a solution which she did by telling her boss, However from 11 am to 4 pm I was just in still silent room and didn't here anything bank despite me calling a few times to ask if they were going to fix the TV, anyways I checked out at 4 pm ,and went to another hotel, very disappointing because I got no refund and I had to get another accommodation, am giving 1 star because front lady was nice other than that you get what you pay for.

Good for backpackers and travelers on a budget. Nice staff. Closed compound with guards. The walls are a bit thin so if you're a light sleeper pack a pair of earplugs just in case

We booked a room 8 days early. An attendant cancelled our reservation last minute without notice. I arrived at 11 PM, no transfers, no explanation just apologies. Shitty and One star in my opinion. Very poor service. If you dispute or delete this I'll post the full video online. Quite unfortunate for such a reputable hotel. 🗑️
