  This is a beautiful spot for a getaway. The tents are clean, spacious, sturdy and extremely well built. The reception and treatment from staff was top class. Breakfast and lunch while watching very healthy hippos lead their normal life by the river is an experience of a life-time. Can't wait to come back to this hidden gem again!

  This is the location of the lodge that has staff and there location block the crossing for animals which endanger the ecosystem , there are videos circulating of the staff of this location chasing the wild animals off the property and Denying them their crossing !!! Absolutely disgusting and people think it’s the marriot it is this location !!!!

  Could not have asked for a better start to our Kenyan holiday. Mara Ngenche was a wonderful Camp and bush experience with amazing service and hospitality. A special shout to Paul, Godfrey, Steve, Simon and Lemar, not forgetting all the others who made sure we had the best time on all fronts, and as we said, we will be back. Thank you from us all - we truly had the best time!

  Did we love our stay here? YES YES YES !!!' The genceh is an amazing place again with just 12 tents that are luxurious and make you feel you are in Out Of Africa! The camp is world class and the food was out of this world whether dining in the camp our out on the preserVe for breakfast. Our guides, Both Maasai were knowledgeable about not only the animals but the birds as well. We got to see 3 of the big 5 - alas Bella the leopard was being shy and the few rhinos remaining were in another part of the Masai Mara. However we were blessed to see so many animals on every safari! Every evening we were asked what time we wanted coffee and biscuits delivered to our tent and after each meal we ordered our next meal The chef was amazing and the food delicious Our waiter the whole time was James - he is amazing! But the other waiter Steve made sure we were well taken care of. They have a little shop with Maasai goods and Gordon took great care of us. Our safety was their utmost priority whether on safari or in the camp. I am an elephant lover and was not disappointed! I will return here on my next trip as it felt like home!

  Tented lodges may not be for everyone, but this has got to be as luxurious as it gets! Everything about this place is amazing and unique - from the lodging, to the location at the confluence of the Mara and Talk rivers, to the service to the food which was hands down the best we had on our safari trip. Everyone at Mara Ngeche was so personable we had a hard time leaving after our 3-night stay.
