  It was absolutely the most incredible experience!! The Bush Camp was extraordinary!! The values of the camp in terms of sustainability, the game rides, the attention to details, the wonderful food, the kind and friendly people. There is not one single thing that was not at the highest standard. Even the little shop is wonderful with fairtrade products! Special thanks to Didi for joing the group at dinner and explaining the contextual insights of the Mara and its wildlife. Thanks to our masai guide Patrick for his deep knowledge on animal behaviour and for protecting the environment in such concious way. Thank you to Daniel, Kennedy and the wonderful masai people that treated us so kindly at all times. I felt so spoilt! Thank you to the cook, for doing such a 5 star meals! I will forever recommend you. The conversations by the fire, the group dinners and the sundowners, were absolutely memorable. Not to mention those delightful breakfasts with delicious fresh juices, fresh fruit, toasted granola with nuts, creamy yogurt and our choice of scotch eggs or chapatti with eggs or pancankes... Should I go on??? Just AMAZING!!!

  Our stay at Kicheche was nothing short of *amazing*! My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon there, having long dreamed of experiencing a safari but never finding the time. We wholeheartedly recommend this camp, especially for those uncertain about embarking on a safari—it’s an unforgettable part of the adventure. Camp Overview The camp is situated in a conservancy adjacent to the national park, home to some of the most luxurious safari brands. Staying in a conservancy offers distinct advantages over visiting the national park alone: - Off-road access: Explore beyond designated paths for a more immersive experience. - Intimate setting: The conservancy is small enough to feel exclusive yet expansive enough to offer fresh discoveries daily. Exceptional Service The staff at Kicheche exceeded expectations, even by Kenyan standards. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for: - Personalized touches: Staff remembered our preferences—like greeting us with a cold Coke at lunch—and tailored their service accordingly. - Managerial excellence: Anita, the camp manager, brought years of experience to her role. Her engaging stories around the fire were highlights, but what stood out most was her genuine interest in hearing about our safari experiences. Culinary Delights The food was another standout feature: - Freshness and variety: Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with diverse options that consistently impressed. - Health benefits: Despite the rich offerings, we never experienced any digestive issues—a testament to the quality of ingredients and especially the preparation. Final Thoughts We would eagerly return to Kicheche to relive its magic. The combination of stunning wildlife encounters, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience.   We had an amazing vacation. Staff was lovely. Our guide James was amazing. If tent camping scares you take a look at the photos - glamping for sure Highly recommend!!😊 Our game pictures were amazing you can get so close. These photos were taken with my iPhone 14 - no special lenses or filters.

  We had the most amazing three nights at Kicheche Bush Olare in February. Everything was perfect from the beautiful accommodation to the wonderful staff and the delicious food. Our guide and driver was so knowledgable and incredibly kind to our children. He was an expert in getting us into the right position for capturing the perfect photograph. Our stay was magical from beginning to end. Asante sana, Kicheche!

  What a place! Luxurious tent camping at it's finest. Exquisite dining, all beverages included with fine wines and top shelf liquors. The bar tender is a gin master. The guides are all top notch, we saw things on the conservancy that are rarely seen, lions on the hunt and another pride enjoying their kill. Baby giraffes, thousands of zebra and gazelles and Larry the Lonesome Topi on guard over his territory. A truly one of a kind experience.
