  I tried to reach the hotel from 2 different email addresses + Instagram. No reply at all. If this is their customer service, then I’d rather not go there at all.

  Absolutely unforgettable stay, a true boutique gem in Kenya Line in the Sun Hotel exceeded every single expectation. From the very first moment, you feel that this is not just a hotel, but a place created with heart, care, and an exceptional sense for hospitality. The entire property is beautifully maintained, calm, and elegant, every detail reflects a very high standard. The staff is outstandingly friendly, warm, and attentive. You are welcomed with genuine smiles and treated with a level of care that feels incredibly personal. A very special mention goes to Julia and Katharina – they are truly exceptional. Their warmth, intuition, and professionalism make you feel less like a guest and more like part of a small family. It’s rare to experience service that feels so natural, thoughtful, and almost anticipatory as if your needs are understood before you even express them. The food is excellent fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to quality and taste. Every meal feels like a highlight and perfectly matches the overall refined yet relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. What makes this place truly special is the sense of trust, comfort, and belonging it creates. The service is not only high-end but deeply human, warm, and sincere something that is very hard to find.   Stunning, peaceful and warming boutique hotel. The location is truly amazing, the breakfast delicious and the staff extra welcoming. I loved the Kenya typical dinner on the pool and I cannot recommend enough their SPA treatments!! Surely a must do during your visit! Will come back for sure!

  We stayed at the superior rooms Wow it was amazing we loved how clean the room was, spacious and comfortable. Lighting was brilliant 👍. Housekeeping good 👍. Swimming pool was clean,towels too.

  One of my favorite places to stay. The hotel is absolutely wonderful and beautiful. But what makes it so spectacular are the people. The employees are so friendly and welcoming- there is so much attention to detail. The hotel is just a short bike ride away from the Billionaire hotel where you can relax at the beach. Everything is above and beyond fantastic.
