I didn't like the kind of reception. Had to stand with the guard by the gate to wait for the host. I would recommend a reception area for your guests. All that goes with need to receive your guests with humbleness and love so they feel at ease when coming to rest at your space. The hotel has NO free breakfast on its package which I expected. I recommend including a breakfast package unless you state it clear before. Cost was 2000KES/night which is not so bad. And yes, I confirmed cockroaches and torn sheets. Please change and act. Most appliances don't work including sockets. A LOT of noise, couldn't rest well that night and had to shift to a better place next morning.

Worst hotel in Nairobi. It may have been better years ago but as now, please save your self from headaches. Cockroaches all over the rooms and restaurant. Hotel staff to the exception of one(Edna) were EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPOLITE. I don’t think they should be in business.

Kings west Suites (Rm602) formerly Hotel Emeli, has been the worst. 1.Non-responsive workers 2. No Mugs for drinking tea/coffee 3. They spread/make beds with small bedsheets. 4. The TV and Fridge were not working. And even after bringing it to the attention of the girl who gave us the room nothing was done. 5. The room also has cockroaches.

Pathetic is an understatement! Had such a horrible experience here! Horrible customer service! Cleanliness is zero. Torn beddings. Don't even try to book here. You will be chased out like a stray dog way before the check out time! Just because they want another client to check in and guess what, the housekeeping department will harass you by knocking the door as from 7am while telling you to give them the key. Horrible!
