I am personally not a big fan of bright colours and modern design, so I was a bit sceptical about this hotel at first, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive, which made the stay feel relaxed and professional. The pool is small but very nice, pleasantly warm, and offers good views. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection. The restaurant food was okay, although service was quite slow and the taste was rather average. The location is great, which makes this a very convenient place to stay. Overall, a comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere, even if the style is not usually my preference.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to Westgate Mall and Sarit Centre. It has a beautiful rooftop pool and a lovely restaurant with delicious options. The service is impeccable. The only downsides were the construction next door, which was quite loud in the morning, and the elevators, which can be slow when the hotel is busy.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to Westgate Shopping Mall and in a very safe area. The inclusive breakfast was very good, with plenty of tasty options. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The food overall was also very good. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Kingfisher Nest Hotel Suites in Nairobi for five nights on a business trip. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and housekeeping was consistent and ensured everything remained tidy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the restaurant staff were friendly. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, making it easy to work remotely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay — excellent value for money and I would definitely return.

The price-performance ratio is simply excellent. I have been spending a lot of time at the hotel lately. I use it regularly for business trips. The rooms are quite large, with comfortable beds and equipped kitchens. Sometimes parties are held here and you can hear everything, but they always end before 10 p.m. The restaurant is decent, again with a great price-performance ratio. As for breakfast, since I spend a lot of time here, I only eat cornflakes and fruit. Otherwise, there is a choice ranging from a hot buffet to waffles. A little fruit and vegetables. For me, it's a great choice considering the price. The staff is great and always accommodating, especially with my regular stay extensions. The laundry service also works well, but I think the price is a little high.
