    In this hotel, there's a security guard who constantly causes stress and problems. Two weeks ago, he tried to prevent my visitor from coming with me to the hotel. Today, I was at the pharmacy next to the hotel with my girlfriend. My girlfriend said the security guard pointed the finger at us. I turned around, and the hotel security guard was talking to four bus drivers. He pointed at me and my girlfriend. This man clearly has mental issues. Why is he trying to badmouth me and my girlfriend? I don't understand. I think this security guard needs to be treated in a psychiatric hospital. Why does a security guard harass customers and try to badmouth others? That's not normal. Who knows, maybe he's crazy, harassing customers for no reason! I don't understand why this hotel still lets this sick man work.

    I was expecting a TV in the room, hangers for hanging clothes and that there is breakfast. Otherwise the place is clean, staff hospitable .

    After being scammed by Capital Comfort hotel nairobi, I quickly booked this to rest for 7 hours before flying home. I was greeted by a little young girl Monica she's ever so sweet. She put me on second floor so far room and service good. Rooms are clean basic but without a TV. I'm here to get some rest so no problem at all. Location is great drivers have no difficulties to locate me. How nice for them to check me in 4am in the morning hassle free and stress free👍
