I have so many very fond memories of the place. I love the atmosphere and hospitality. Their food is a 100%!

We booked a quick dinner and David at the reception really pulled the strings and made it happen. There was only one waitress for the night by the name Sharon, who made sure we got everything we needed. She was super friendly and she knows her stuff. The chef was Martin who cooked us a luscious steak and also great food. 10/10

Lovely classic old hotel in center of Westlands. We had a 5 day conference and were very well treated. The spa and gym are good. I didn't try the sauna/steam room but my colleagues really appreciated them. The rooms are well appointed, if a little tired. The water heater in my room stopped working after the 2nd day. My room was facing the pool, and so at 6am each morning I was woken by what must have been a swim team. I didnt mind as I get up at that time, but people who want to sleep later may want to avoid a room facing the pool. The meals were good and the staff were helpful and kind. Being across from sarit was very convenient- but a reminder to leave before 7pm or you have to walk around to the main gate.

Too many unnecessary processes and unfavourable policies. They can be more efficient to give clients better experiences. If you raise this with any staff they all have the same responses (well trained I thought) that is 'This is just part of our policies' What good are the policies if they just work for the staff and are inconveniencing to the client who has paid for the services? Never going back here.
