A Nakuru hotel with a nice pool area entertaining for kids and spacious, clean rooms. Service is extremely slow even when not busy, and first room assignments can be terrible — food quality and street security also need improvement.

    The first family room we got, was terrible. After a few complaints, we were moved to a better one. Service is great though location, the street seems insecure a bit. Food, not at the leve we expected

    The pool area is very nice and entertaining for kids. However the service is extremely slow and poor despite the place wasn't busy. We waited over an hour for the food and it was only served after repeated complaints. The food was not good either,sausages had been fried in dirty oil,the same with chicken and even kids were unable to eat the chicken . The naan wasn't butter naan but had margarine all over it, similarly the chicken had the smell of margarine.Overall,it was an expensive poor experience.

    The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious, and the waterpark was enjoyable and well maintained. Best experience ever.

    Visited with family and the kids had a lot of fun. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for kids

    Good kids water slides available. The food is Indian, local foods can be prepared if the order is placed. However, it was a disappointment to ask for a Kenyan tea pot which on the 'a la carte menu' was 200/-, only to be slapped with a bill of 400/-. I think their menu prices do not reflect the actual billing
