  We had dinner with the girls for my birthday party, at the beginning the service was not that good but improved later on.... With the help of Thomas and Faith. The food exceeded expectations thanks to Chef Dennis. We will definitely be back for the food😉

  The hotel offers excellent service, beautiful ambience, and a generally professional staff. However, during my visit I experienced an uncomfortable moment where a staff member made an incorrect assumption about my role and addressed me as a nanny just because I was hanging out with my african american cousins. Although an apology was later offered, the initial interaction felt dismissive and discriminative. I hope this feedback helps improve staff awareness so all guests feel equally respected!

  I had a wonderful staycation with my family at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. A special mention goes to Hotensiah Kabura, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure that every request was met and that we felt completely at home. Thank you, World of Hyatt, for creating such a memorable and delightful experience for my family and me. We can’t wait to return!

  Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands is such a beautiful place. It’s along Muthithi Road and honestly feels like more than just a hotel, it has shops, nice restaurants and really good spaces to just relax or work from. The design is clean and modern and the atmosphere feels calm and classy without being too serious. The rooftop is one of my favorite spots, great city views, especially in the evening and perfect for catching up with friends or just taking a breather. The staff are warm, polite and quick to help, which really makes a difference. It’s also in a convenient spot, close to other offices, malls and restaurants around Westlands, so you can easily get around. Overall, it’s a lovely mix of comfort, style and good service. Definitely one of those places you’d want to visit again.

  We stayed here after our month long traveling around Africa for 2 days. It was really nice to feel like you’re coming home. Service from front desk to housekeeping was fantastic. Restaurant food was good. We did go out a few time but just decided to stay since I think the food was good. Location is central. If you’re a frequent Hyatt traveler, they will treat you very well here.
