  The hotel offers excellent value for money, both in terms of the rooms and the restaurant. Our room was spacious, new, very well equipped and clean. We had view of Karura forest and the padel court. The hotel staff have excellent customer service skills and pay close attention to detail. The gym has very good equipment. Everything was clean. The only negative point is the WiFi, which does not work in the gym and is rather slow, especially in the common areas. The hotel food is fresh, many of the breakfast dishes are homemade, and there is a wide selection. It’s also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Everything is clearly labelled. We would gladly return there if we go back to Nairobi.

  One of my best stay ever. Rachel from housekeeping was kind and patient. Roy at the reception was exceptional too. I also go help from engineering and can confidently say Hyatt House was out to give their guests an experience. To Sam Nyaoro (The Champ) had the best speech in a room filled of experts during our summit. Great place. I give you 6 stars!

  We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good with lots of options, and the room had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great area. It is across from the Sarit Centre, so we headed there a couple of times for meals and shopping.

  A great customer experience at this hotel, marked by particularly professional yet friendly service. The staff have clearly been trained to offer a friendly service without being too eager or overbearing. The end result was a quietly enjoyable stay underpinned by an assurance from the staff's attitude to their work. The room I had was a standard room and was well designed in its simplicity, appointments and space.
