    Stayed here for 3 nights in October 2022. The good: The location is great , walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Plus property is beachfront. The small private sandy beach, the pool and deck, grounds and lounge areas are beautiful. The room was spacious with functioning AC, though there was a lingering musty smell. The bad: No Wifi or TVs in the rooms which is a big no for me. No in-house entertainment options either. Also staff were not the friendliest and there is a general hands off approach though Amos was lovely throughout. Lastly, breakfast was lousy with little variety and food options running out. Limited options for lunch /dinner as well. Overall would recommend but eat elsewhere

    I enjoyed viewing the ocean from my room. The hotel is dominated by Italians... Lacks an international outlook. Food generally Italian. We were treated well by a gentle man called Sifa.

    As a hotel it's actually very nice.. Spacious rooms.. Nice beach view.. and friendly staff that speak Italian very well.. it's beautiful especially at Night.. my main complaint would be about Food.. the food could be much better.. Breakfast and Dinner were okay.. but lunch wasn't that good.. it has a small pool facing the beach..

    A great inn where to spend holidays along with friends/significant other/family. Despite its size it keeps a cozy feeling. I loved the architecture that manages to find a balance within the surroundings - the restaurant has an amazing thatched roof - and the kindness of the staff. You'll love the kitchen, which offer a great selection of fresh fish, meat and pasta. I don't wonder why Kenya aficionados keep coming back to the Barracuda!

    Beautiful Hotel, clean (ac) rooms, great staff, good local and Italian food, beachfront property with gorgeous white sandy beach. Walking distance from the local "town" market with amazing authentic Italian restaurants. 30 minutes drive to the closest airport.
