My usual spot when I come to Nairobi. Pleasant staff, affordable rated and a very good restaurant. Been a customer since 1999

The beauty of the hotel ends at the signage and reception area. 1. Dirty rooms 2. Old worn out beddings 3. Nonchalant staff. No one cares, they each blame another person for failures in the hotel 4. No water. I had to beg for water which was brought in buckets and a basin 5. Lift out of service The place is more of a lodging than hotel. I would not go back or recommend to anyone I know.

Greton Hotel 🛑DO NOT🛑don’t stay here🛑 🛑DO NOT stay at this trashy hotel🛑 No running water. No lift to 4th floor. No Wifi. No AC (air conditioner) No Fan for air. No hot water. No flushing toilet. No sleep at night (or daytime). And worst of it all - there’s a night club in front the hotel with LOUD music, you can not, cannot, can’t sleep at alll. You’ll go crazy. The manager man was so rude and yelling at everyone.
