About

The food is quite good with great variety at the buffet, and the training rooms are adequate for conferences. The double beds are small (two 3.5ft beds pushed together), and they need smart TVs, but service is generally top notch.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel on 8th/oct/2025. Despite the check-out time clearly being at 10am, the stewards came ringing the bell on our door at 9am in the morning insisting they needed to clean the room. This was extremely unprofessional and disruptive β€” we were woken up and rushed unnecessarily. Guests deserve privacy and peace until the official check-out time. Management really needs to train their staff better on customer courtesy and respect for guests’ time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or considerate stay

Cannot comment on the rooms as I did not sleep at Grand Winston. We had a 3 day training and the food was quite good and tasty. Great variety to select from at the buffet and fresh. The training room was also adequate as per our needs.

Giving a review on behalf of my client and also as a regular partner. Check-in was smooth , room was okay, there was no WiFi in the room. Agreed to have breakfast at 6:15am took them a long time to prepare breakfast had breakfast 6:45am breakfast was horrible my client had a terrible food poisoning that we suspect it was the sausages. Service is so poor the waiters were so slow and seems not to understand the menu. Raised this concerns to the reception manager before we left I hope improvements can be made.

Beautiful rooms but their double beds are small (two 3.5ft beds) can't accommodate 2 adults and a child. Something like a queen sized bed and a single bed would be great. Also if they could get smart/android TVs in the rooms, that would be nice too. Nowadays people don't really watch digital tv. Otherwise everything else was superb.
