Pros: Attentive staff - I had an injury that needed to be taken care of and a staff member took me to a trusted pharmacy to attend to it, and also indicated to me where the hospital was; dinner and breakfast were ready within 15 minutes of the indicated time and they were prompt with requested coffees and teas Cons: One set of plugs in the room was burnt out, hot water was not available during the day and there was a paint smell in the day dueto renovations, the sink faucet was dislodge from the sink such that it moved around making it difficult to wash hands.

The Golden Palace Hotel was recommended to us, but . . . Unfortunately, it is quite old and some things are broken. However, it is adequate for the price. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was also quite okay.

Adeea Suites Naivasha is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, comfort, and attention to detail that makes this place stand out. The rooms are spotless, beautifully furnished, and designed to give that perfect blend of homely comfort and hotel luxury. The fresh, clean bedding and serene atmosphere make every stay feel refreshing. The staff are incredibly welcoming and professional—always ready to assist and ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. What I appreciate most is their reliability and efficiency; everything from check-in to service delivery is done with genuine care. The location is peaceful and convenient, making it perfect whether you're on a short getaway or a long stay. Adeea Suites is the kind of place you come back to again and again because it consistently delivers great value and an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality in Naivasha!

Very clean rooms even with the old structure. For the price it feels like a steal to get such a good combination of clean rooms, buffet breakfast. Only areas of improvement is the Kikuyu syndrome finishes😅

Monumentally disappointed a few evenings ago - we walked into the restaurant and were assured by the attending staff that we would have a meal prepared for us as we waited. We requested for a cup of tea to help us wait. 54 minutes later, a waitress saunters over and tells us casually that there are no ingredients. What us happening at this establishment? We left; forever
