The apartments are spacious and well maintained, had a comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. My only concern and disappointment was with the manager of fragola. She is an Italian lady(it's relevant, I promise) who handled a minor issue with such rudeness and racial comments that she made to one of our friends who is also Italian. We were a mix group of all races and we had an extra friend spend the night in an empty room in a 2 bedroom that one of our friends had paid for. Instead of handling this by talking , she sulked, denied us breakfast and told our Italian friends 'i know how these people are (Kenyans I.e)...the rest of the stay was ruined after that. I propose management training and an attitude shift if fragola is going to be a welcoming space and inclusive success.
