    26th Dec,2025... For the first time I visited ur restaurant full of anxiety to enjoy meals from ur pots... unfortunately or may be unluckily it was our turn to keep looking for waiters to ask for services.....finally exited without a taste....I really don't get why we were that ignored... The place is so beautiful and fulfilling but for the services( restaurant) I give it 0/0.... disappointed 😞

    Emara Ole-Sereni is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing weekend, whether you are a local or an international traveler. Its located right next to Nairobi National Park makes the stay special—you may even spot animals from the balcony, which adds a wonderful safari feel to the experience. The ambience is excellent. The rooms and common areas are spacious, well designed, and beautifully furnished, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The food is outstanding, with a great selection of both local and international cuisine. Our stay in Emara Ole-Sereni a memorable experience in a unique setting.

    I was extremely disappointed by the experience at Emara Convention Centre. For a venue that hosts conferences and events, the level of customer service was shockingly poor. A little courtesy toward paying clients goes a long way, yet the management team showed none. There was no technical support throughout the event—non-functional microphones, faulty projectors, and a technical team that was impossible to reach. Even when they eventually came, nothing was resolved, and speakers screeched continuously. To make matters worse, the client hosting the event was rushed out of the room without any courtesy. Allowing just a few extra minutes would have been reasonable and professional. Getting to Emara from Mombasa road is also very chaotic. It is not easily accessible. While the food was great, the customer service from almost everyone was at the lowest standard. I would strongly caution anyone considering Emara for a large conference or event.

    The views from the the hotel of the Nairobi national Park was a sight to behold. Perfect for early morning breakfast and sundowners on the third floor patio The food was generally ok. Service was fine.

    Great hotel, service , cleanliness and proximity to airport as well as Nairobi national park. Perfect place to start and end your trip , would absolutely recommend. Sticky chicken wings were so good we went back for them twice
