    The sound of renovations quickly soured my appreciation of this good hotel. I cannot think of anything that needs so much hammering!!!! The hydraulic drills were a cacophony of unwelcome mayhem while sat in the lovely garden. Other than the deafening noise, this was an above average hotel. Nice room, friendly staff, good food. Enjoyed our two stays.

    Stayed over night twice. All staff very helpful. Particularly Jasper, who went above n beyond the call of duty. Food good. Great choice for breakfast and the cheeseburger was excellent too.

    We stayed there for a week. The hotel is at a nice and safe part of town. Plenty of security and staff around. The rooms are as pictured, cleaning staff did a great job regularly. We had some issues with the lack of consistent service at the restaurant. Too many instances of having to ask for the same thing a few times before we’d get it. There are also some great concierge people, and a couple who gave us wrong information, which was frustrating. Luckily one of the staff, Said, caught it and fixed it before it became a bigger issue. We also got massage at the spa a couple of times and it was amazing!!!! So much so that I went back twice within a week. Overall, not a terrible experience
