Grace at reception is very kind, the breakfast is outstanding, and the rooms have large beds and are comfortable. There's a back road that connects you to the Nairobi-Nakuru highway without the traffic, though waiters are slow clearing tables.

Having just concluded a productive five-day seminar at Eastmark Hotel, I can confidently commend their exceptional conference facilities. The main seminar hall was perfectly configured for our large group, offering ample space, comfortable seating, and excellent audiovisual equipment that ensured every presentation ran smoothly. The lighting was well-balanced, and the air conditioning maintained a pleasant temperature throughout long sessions, contributing significantly to participant comfort and focus. Breakout rooms were equally well-equipped and provided ideal environments for smaller group discussions. Beyond the superb meeting spaces, the full-course meals provided by the hotel were consistently outstanding. Each day brought a delightful variety of dishes, expertly prepared and catering to diverse dietary preferences within our group. The quality of ingredients was evident, and the service during meal times was prompt and courteous, making each dining experience a welcome respite. Furthermore, the accessibility to ample and secure parking was a major convenience for all attendees, eliminating any stress related to transportation. Eastmark Hotel truly excels in providing a comprehensive and comfortable environment for conferences, making it a highly recommended venue.

Loved overall experience. Though I noticed that the waiters were a bit slow in clearing tables after each meal session forcing us to put soup bowls and main dish plates on empty tables
