Deerpark Hotel is incredibly clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It's located right in the middle of everything in Kilimani—which makes it very convenient—it’s surprisingly calm and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from the Nairobi. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhances the experience and makes you feel at home. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Nairobi.

We had a wonderful few days at the Deerpark during our Christmas break. The staff were excellent with Esther and Kennedy taking great care of us. The grounds were beautiful and included a garden for dining as well as a pool. The dining options were also great. Our room was comfortable and spacious and even included a lovely terrace. We really enjoyed our stay.

The first time we arrived here it felt safe, home away from home. Since then my husband and I have been back 4 times. We love the gardens where we just sit, read, sleep, have uninterrupted conversations and with no need to even step out. The Staff are absolutely amazing led by wonderful Antonina. Shout out to Marina, Ken, Esther, Wilson (thanks for your great housekeeping we rate you 5* 👍🏿🤗) Victor, Dismus, Kevin and everyone else. They all are amazing and now I know everyone by name 😂. This place you get treated like 👑 kings and Queens 👑 and family. The owners are amazing and friendly and will always stop for a chat. Deerpark is just cozy, friendly and yes home away from home in this serene neighbourhood in the heart ♥️ of Nairobi. We will always be back.

Unfortunately, my trip here was ruined by the worst food poisoning I have ever had. The owner was meant to be contacting me as I do not think this was fair I got so poorly due to their chef and my honeymoon was ruined for 2-3 days, I had to pay for that night and the drinks we had!!! I have no choice but to publicly write a review to warn people on this. Nina, the manager is an absolute star however and she made our stay here the most enjoyable!

Deerpark is a gem in Nairobi. Located in a really nice neighborhood, the hotel feels like a comfortable house. The service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Kennedy, Mariana and Wilson (the best housekeeper!). The food is delicious (thank you Chefs!). Excellent value for money, I will definitely come back next time I am in Nairobi.
