  Clean room - room wide windows let in a lot of natural light even on the ground floor rooms. Well appointed bathroom for the transit traveler who may not have sufficient toiletries. Overpriced for daytime transit. There does not appear to be any tiered pricing for daytime transiters. Have to exit airport so will need visa to access hotel. Professional and courteous staff- can tell they’ve been well trained. In room digital TV has a functioning directory of services including room service menus, making it easy to order food. Small but well equipped gym with gender separated steam and sauna rooms, showers, and toilets - maintained well. For the price though, the internet is crappy.

  I regularly stay at the Crowne Plaza in Nairobi for work, and I always make sure to visit the gym. One of the main reasons is John, the personal trainer. He is fantastic. Every time I come in, he asks what I want to focus on and immediately creates a tailored workout plan for me. He explains each exercise clearly, step by step, and even demonstrates or joins in when needed. After every session, he guides me through a stretching routine, which is such a great way to finish. John is incredibly friendly, supportive, and genuinely helpful. I always look forward to working out here. Highly recommended!

  We were here for one day after our safari. It was great. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was wonderful. We had lunch at the restaurant and it was quite good. What a convenient location. No worries about missing a flight. We were shuttled to the airport after a nice rest.

  We flew in from the Mara and are staying at the Crowne Plaza for one night. While waiting for our next flight to Uganda, I took the time for some pampering. The spa service that I received was just what I needed before our gorilla trekking. Ask for Purity. I liked her a lot. She really worked out all the stiffness and knots from the safari and the facial was wonderful. Thanks to Purity!

  I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Nairobi. The service was excellent – the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. What made it even better was how convenient the hotel is, being so close to the airport terminal. It made my travel much easier and stress-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to start the day. The hotel also has good facilities for relaxing, including a nice gym and pool. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel near the airport.
