  I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The crew were incredibly respectful, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness really made the stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was well-prepared and full of flavor. I truly enjoyed dining here. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

  1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay, Not Worth 4 Stars Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we’ve had in a so-called 4-star property. The hotel is actually located inside a shopping mall, which already sets a very different tone than what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, the problems started: • Elevator barely working, often getting stuck or malfunctioning. • Air conditioning in the hotel was weak and barely cooled the room. • Room was not properly cleaned – dust, stains, and an overall feeling of poor maintenance. • The breakfast was almost inedible, with very limited and low-quality options. • Instead of a relaxing atmosphere, we had to walk through an active construction site every day just to reach the restaurant. • The swimming pool was closed for re-tiling, even though the hotel advertises itself as having a pool – a key reason we booked in the first place. • The restaurant furniture was falling apart, including cabinets and fixtures. The whole place felt old, outdated, and in desperate need of a major renovation. We informed the hotel about all these issues, provided photos and details, and kindly asked for a refund. Despite the clear evidence and the unacceptable conditions, the hotel refused to return our money. We ultimately canceled our second night and left early because the conditions were simply not tolerable. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. It felt neglected, misrepresented, and poorly managed. Sadly, it ruined what was meant to be a relaxing stay. We strongly advise other travelers to avoid it until serious renovations and management improvements are made.

  I would like to thank Mr. Hussein and his team for all their support and understanding. The staff are brilliant, so ready to help and very polite. The house keeping staff found my father in law's money on the bed. She was so honest and made sure we were made aware of it. Breakfast was good and menu frequently changed. Room service was excellent, with large food portions. The location is so convenient. Everything is nearby and the hotel itself is situated on the 9th floor of diamond plaza which has all shops and restaurants on the ground floor and a food court too that caters for a variety of foods .The supermarket Food plus has everything you need. You don't need to go anywhere out of diamond plaza for anything. The taxi drivers are parked outside gate 2 of diamond plaza. Please ask anyone for Francis outside gate 2. He has a 7 seater car. We hired him for the 2 weeks we stayed at cloud . Francis is a kind, honest and helpful man. He came every time we called him. He is perfect with his timing.

  It was...sawasawa for the most part. Nice room overall, but bathroom needs maintenance. The staff was pleasant and helpful where they could. Unfortunately, saw some staff members (mostly young women) berated by management for minor issues. Staff members would greet you warmly...management just stared to the point of discomfort. Restaurant breakfast was nice. Lots to see around the area, including the food court on the grounds outside. Hindi temple and school across the street, a muezzin calling loud and clear 5x a day and churches nearby -- this is Nairobi Parklands.

  Not as you see in the booking.com images, specially swimming pool, location is convenient for shopping, a bit busy but easy access to heart of Nairobi like CBD and Westlands. This hotel is kore of a business hotel rather than vacation place
