  Exceptional staff and warm hospitality. The place is Italian-run, and you can truly feel it in the service—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. I sampled a variety of dishes, and every single one was outstanding. Definitely a spot worth checking out. I also had the chance to attend their planned all-white dinner followed by a disco during my stay, and it was truly exceptional 👌🏾 The only downside was having to pay separately for Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing.

  5 stars because you can't give more. A very beautiful resort, tidy and clean. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, everything you need was there. All the staff were very kind, especially the waiters. Both Letizia and Sergio (the manager) made us feel like we were part of a family staying in their home. Excellent food! You can eat all day. We were even pampered and they didn't let us go without anything, even though we had a gluten-free diet. 🥰 If I really have to find a flaw, it's the Wi-Fi only at reception. 😏 Otherwise, everything else was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

  The resort is well-maintained, but I think it could still use some improvements. In 2024, you can't expect paid Wi-Fi in a facility like this. The restaurant was very good, although it didn't have a huge selection. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the only downside was the beach, which wasn't clean at all given the unfavorable moonlight. It was impossible to swim due to all the seaweed on the shore. The staff was very friendly, but a huge thank you goes to Martina, who put up with us and supported us throughout the entire vacation...MARTY, ONE OF US ❤️

  I'll start with a premise: usually at the end of a vacation, despite the pleasure of the experience, I'm happy to go home. Not this time! I spent two weeks at Bluebay and it was an unforgettable holiday. The facility was beautiful, the food excellent, and the excursions offered were truly wonderful. But the real added value of this resort is undoubtedly the staff. Starting with the manager, Sergio, who is kind, welcoming, and always attentive to every guest's need, and then moving on to the entertainers, especially Martina and Elisabetta, who, in addition to being excellent entertainers, were true points of reference throughout the entire vacation. And finally, the waiters (Bernardo, Jackson, James, Joseph) are hard workers and incredibly kind and friendly. It's not easy to sum up a vacation like this in just a few lines. All I can say is THANK YOU again, and see you soon!

  Italian run hotel, horrible noisy Italian entertainment programmes and loud music until late. So if you come here for your rest and you are not Italian, find something else. Personal is friendly, apart from the entertainment staff.
