  good internet. the only thing that annoyed me a bit, is that i woke up, and there’s staff cleaning my room. i cant change my clothes. BUT, even though they were so early. they were super nice. if you go out, you can see some small shops with bracelets, skirts, itd.. if you want to have a nice view at the ocean, it’s worth it.

  I went with a group of 3 other friends and we enjoyed our stay in the 2 br sea view rooms. The apartments are in a good location, next to the ocean and next to the main road and other restaurants. The staff and cook were also excellent, and the place was very safe. However, you should take note that: 1. The apartments are on top of a cliff, so the ocean access has a lot of rocks. There is a nearby alternative beach though through the apartment beach access route, or from the main road (through the road that goes to the Kokomo Beach Bar and Restaurant) 2. Some of the apartments have given into age so doors may not slide as easily, some areas are slightly rusty, etc 3. There is no restaurant at the establishment, so you either entirely cook for yourself or ask the team to book you a cook (who can also do the grocery shopping if you like)

  Really enjoyed spending time here , enjoying local sea foods and Italian cuisines. Explored marine life and thoroughly enjoyed the views at the bay, not to mention the warm breezes. The property is really well looked after and kept clean. Had great service from Ann, Sarah, John etc, and would 100% love to visit again.

  Perfectly Hidden Ideal Family Getaway Destination. Looking for a Holiday destination at the Kenyan Coast.....? Look no further. This is the place. Most ideal for families and groups. Not ideal for honeymoon please. I'll be very critical & helpful in my review. Its easiest to fly to Malindi Airport and drive to Watamu. It's only 25 min from Malindi airport to here. From Mombasa Airport or SGR it's like 2.5 hours. Take note. The apartments are duplex style 2 & 3 Br well finished with a coastal feel. All have sea view rooms and balconies. Staff are very very friendly. We came a large group of 27 many families kids nannys etc and we all loved ❤️ ❤️it. They can give u a chef who can cook anything you want. It's cheaper than eating out. There is no restaurant or bar onsite so its 100% self catering. Our chef made the loveliest sunny side eggs 🍳. The living room are spacious so is the rooms. The pool is magical clean well serviced. There are many restaurants 200m away and the famous Papa Remo Beach Party every Saturday🕺💃. Onsite Beach access has very very steep stairs. Be careful with kids. The sand is brittle with many rocks. There is an amazing cove 5 min away where you can relax and unwind. This place is quite ideal for family holidays. My kids didn't wanna leave. The pool is a magnet. 100% we are gonna be back. A few points to improve 1. The tissue/towels and soap can be of better quality. What we.were given doesn't match the calibre of the establishment. 2. Provide for nighttime swimming 3. Consider onsite bar and maybe spa services. 4. Stair cases in 2br apartments are very very steep add wooden rails for support please. 5. Consider adding common cloakroom at pool area. 6. Generator can get too loud sometimes consider sound proofing the unit.. 7. Improve the WIFi though I never even used it. We were so busy having fun. See you next year #BBCA BluBay Cove Apartments

  Awesome sea facing apartments. This location is at the creek so during high tide you can hear the sound of water hitting the rocks. 1 room has big balcony with sea facing view and other one is small but still have the sea view. Living area and kitchen also have have sea view. Staff is very kind and helpful. Kudos to entire team of Blue Bay. Check out some cool pics below.
