After 40 Hotel is located on Biashara Street in Nairobi's Central Business District (CBD). It is situated opposite Equity Bank and near Jevanjee Gardens. It is a quiet place and easily accessible. Ideal for visitors who prefer flexibility of accessing Nairobi Town and also being near the services offered in the Central Business District. The rooms are generally clean and staff are friendly though there is room for improvement on some of the services. The food is great as well. There is the Willow Restaurant located at the top together with a bar that is quiet enough for conversations and privacy. It's quiet affordable as well.

Nice place, very centric location, not noisy, they have tea and coffee in the room. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. In general was a clean place, the only non ideal thing was a smell coming from the pipes. Not pleasant.
