  We were really disappointed with our experience and unfortunately had to leave without staying. After a long, exhausting drive with young children, we arrived at the resort just past midnight, following a delay due to a vehicle misfueling issue in Nakuru. A few weeks earlier, we had called your customer support team to inquire about camping with our own tent, and we were clearly told that no reservation was required and that we could arrive at any time. Relying on that information, we proceeded with our plans. Upon arrival, however, we were turned away and had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. It felt quite unwelcoming, especially given the prior assurance from your team. We’d appreciate if the “any time arrival” policy for self-camping could be clarified, as this contradiction caused significant inconvenience for our kids.

  The rooms are outdated and dirty and quite a few things were broken in our rooms like bathroom window and balcony doors. The staff promised to come and fix the issues, but nothing actually happened during our stay. The food was very average compared to many other places we visited in Kenya (Sopa lodges, Ashnil, Simba Lodges etc.). The played music really loudly at the pools making the not very enjoyable and relaxed places to chill out. Also if you come to Bogoria for the flamingos, you should check if the flamingos are there or not. The water levels in the lake have risen and the flamingos are few.

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The service was extremely slow.I waited over one hour to be served after ordering a drink at the pool area.When the margarita finally arrived, it was poorly made and tasted like pure alcohol with no balance or proper mix at all. To make matters worse the wait staff were rude when I explained the issue with the drink which only added to the poor experience.

  Had the best Time with Family. Best customer service Clean rooms Delicious Food.. And an amazing Spa pool. Will definitely come back..

  I loved my experience here. We had very nice rooms as well as great service. They are attentive and remember your preferences. The food was very good although some times the selection of food may not always be to your liking. Remember to carry sunscreen because you'll get sunburnt (even if you're Kenyan)
