    Hotels needs a major overhaul. Everything is broken,shower head,toilets,dustbin,pillows are old and hard plus mosquitoes and they do not provides net not even a complimentary water bottle. Wouldn't recommend

    Great rooms! The decor was really warm as well. Put the space/volume of the room together with the decor, then it's a great place to stay. Liked the restaurant services. As for the food...I ordered pilau, and I'm from the Coast so... Lots of meat though! The location is okay. It's right beside a main road, so it was kinda noisy for a while into the evening. Good thing it wasn't like some place in Nairobi where people just don't shut down and sleep. Otherwise, very safe location too, with a bank just beside and 2 supermarkets right across.

    Amid the hotel being at the heart of Nyahururu Town, it is not welcoming for business class people especially if you're longing to work and dine at the same time. They discourage this and still settle to the medieval process of dine and leave with minimal customer care. 😒

    Decent accommodation and affordable food for someone on a budget. Rooms are quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. It's right in town making it easier to walk in the CBD. There are supermarkets right across and other key amenities.

    I loved the serenity, it's in the town centre the view at night was awesome. The food and service was top notch. 👌 The rooms were well organised, fair charged warm n cosy bearing the weather was all rainy and chilly and quiet you can't even hear an utter sound from the clubs inside.. at one point I was served by the owner a very humble man. I'd recommend it to anyone even with family is a plus..thank you Spanish.. 🔥 🔥
