  The pool was not clean, the bed sheets had stains and holes and the mosquito net barely stayed on the rail. Our room (with small kids) was just next to the beach bars which played loud music until 2 am. With same price you can get so much better accommodation in Watamu.

  The worst part is the deep sand in front of the entrance. It’s unsafe for motorcyclists. It’s right on the beach. Walk down the steps and you’re on the beach. The rooms have air. There’s strong breezes on the mezzanine overlooking the pool. Kitchen isn’t so good.

  This is one of the resort that is situated next to the beach therefore the location is perfect. The place was a little bit deserted when I was there and we were the only guests in the hotel. The staff are quite helpful but you can tell they are used to not having so much traffic. The hotel restaurant only offers non-meat options this means we did not have any meal at the hotel. The rooms are well cleaned but they do need a bit more servicing. The AC had rust on it and the tap in the toilet had some damage but still functional. We got the beach front view room but that came with a noise challenge. The room overlooked a beach bar that played loud music through the night. The rest of the hotel facilities are okay, the swimming pool was not functional and it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

  The place is not kept, it's in a good location to the beach. Dirty swimming pool, no hot water and the place was windy. I had to leave the place before time. The facility is contrally to what is shown on Internet. The place is quiet for holiday. No meat but the vegetarian diet is boring with eggs in each meal.

  My stay at the resort was amaizing the scenic views of the ocean from my room was breathtaking NGL. It's location is well placed as there are nearby shopping centers to buy foodstuff plus have a hotel you can dine at, both affordable and expensive options to choose from. Pricing was fair compared to those around the same area. Customer service was okay too willing to help when requested the rooms need a little renovation but nothing to stress about when on vacation you are literally never there, LoL.
