  Rooms weren’t clean at all and had a weird old smell. Food was okay, but not a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly, but not very shocked after telling them about our rooms. They didn’t really care at least it seemed like that, so we decided to leave and continue our stay elsewhere. The only beautiful thing about my stay was the beach.

  Rooms are old and not well maintained. They don't provide essential bathrooms amenities like lotions. Place is beautiful and great for kids. Nice beach and great all inclusive service.

  My stay at Turtle Bay Beach Club in Watamu was nothing short of outstanding. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff and their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and attentive, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and personal. However, special recognition must go to Ken Tune, whose integrity and exceptional service left a lasting impression. His professionalism, reliability, and genuine desire to help exemplify the very best of hospitality. I would highly recommend Turtle Bay Watamu to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and well-cared-for stay. With staff like Ken Tune and the rest of the amazing team, this is a destination I will gladly return to and confidently recommend to others.

  Service is great, food is ok. Location is good the only problem is that this whole hotel needs some serious update work. The whole building and areas used to be nice in the 80s but not anymore. Just keep that in mind when you book

  ✍️Spacious rooms well cleaned with a bathtub even though I didn’t use(just a choice) ✍️Good food not much but enough ✍️Good location ✍️Services esp from the waiters and waitresses very good infact very good ✍️Ambience and activities pretty amazing with a nice kids play area ✍️Night band very good the lady can sing really well 😩Downside I didn’t like the night music from the bar that apparently stops at 12 midnight i found it quite loud and disturbing , beating the vacation peace esp for light sleepers , how i wish they would advise that there is night music and consider rooms that are further away. Anyway it was a nice stay id visit again and recommend minus the room close to the bar 😆
