  This was a great stay! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The staff and manager were helpful and quite flexible when needed. The food was good as well. The Italian influence could definitely be felt. If you feel a little adventurous, Tamu Restaurant is also a few steps away from the resort and you can sample more authentic Italian dishes. We booked the sea front rooms and couldn't get enough of the amazing property. I mean, just look at the pictures. They will be seeing me soon! That's for sure.

  The location is absurdly stunning, the views of the ocean with rock islands and sand y beach although with a lot of seaweed is beautiful. Lots of small pcs of plastic visible from the sea creeping in to or ingrained visibly in to the sand on this coast, the hotel seemed to be doing their best to weed tons of it out. Rooms are ok, food is ok, service is a little below par for tourism especially on work speed but have somewhat the right attitude. Very beautiful location and decent place to stay, I would be back comfortably.

  In most hotels I've stayed at in the coast, I've found cleanliness not be a strength. Crystal Bay has changed that. The rooms are spanking clean and well appointed, making one feel very welcome. My highlight was the buffet spread in the restaurant, especially the dinner. Lots of options with a sprinkling of Swahili delicacies to choose from. The service was also very good, despite the hotel being at capacity. Crystal Bay is definitely a consideration next time I'm in Watamu.

  Amazing experience great view of the beach. Fantastic customer service from the breakfast staff and check in staff. Housekeeping was good at what they did very clean rooms. Beautiful and huge pool. 100%value for money ❤️❤️❤️ will definitely go back as they have beautiful islands in the oceans which you can walk to see.

  Great location. Amazing beach, beautiful pool. The food is great too. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Service is fast and the hospitality is amazing..I went with a seven months old baby, and they were very accommodating on all our requirements. Thank you...
