    Pollmans Resort is the place to be. Very friendly staff; Helen, Kevo, chefs, house keepers, security. This is a great team. Delicious meals served professionally with a warm and kind heart ❤️ Spacious rooms in a good environment 👌

    My favorite in Nyali when operating on a budget yet I want quality, secure and sirene environment in a great location. Pollmans remains the choice. Closely located to Nyali Shopping Complex and a walking distance to the main Mombasa - Malindi road. One can always approach Pollmans easily. The staffs from security at the gate, reception and the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming

    -I had challenges with the AC....not as cool.... especially since I stayed there when it was quite hot. - Consider a separate power source for the fridge, especially for the guests on long stay & would want to store stuff in the fridge

    It's new at the time of this review. 3 months old. It's clean and furnished appropriately. No room service. Poor bathroom facilities (bad floor and walls and nothing to split toilet from shower so the whole floor gets wet)although they are very functional. The staff was good. The restaurant was not comfortable or clean enough. Too small and tables too close. I was scared to look through the door into the kitchen. Overall though, if you are looking for a budget place to stay for work or holiday, and you are not too fussed or a fancy pants, it's a good place.
