Nothing works, broken items; phone outlets, phones, internet. Kitchen so loud during breakfast prep that you can hear banging pots and pans in your room in the morning. Locked gate to the beach, need cops to open it. Not all inclusive, charge for food, drinks and visitors (even if it's just a few hours).

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Nyali beach holiday resort we were outbooked and experience some delays but eventually settled with the help of stella , shes very swift in doing follow ups and assuring us she was handling our settlement . Great hospitality and thank you . Will recommend

I was disappointed with the hotel overall. It has great potential, but the service and food have not been maintained to the expected standard. The location is excellent, and some rooms offer lovely sea views. My room was a decent size and clean. The biggest letdown was the breakfast, along with inflexible service around simple requests like late checkout. While many hotels try to accommodate guests where possible, it was clear here that the focus was on charging for an additional full day rather than offering flexibility.

I had a pleasant stay at Nyali Beach Holiday Resort. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach — and the environment is peaceful with beautiful views. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool area was a great place to relax. I also enjoyed the general vibe of the resort; it’s calm, spacious, and suitable for both solo travelers and families. With a few improvements in maintenance and room updates, this place could easily become one of the top choices in Nyali. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the visit.

A calm and relaxing place right next to the beach. The staff were friendly and the environment felt peaceful. The pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the breeze. Rooms are clean. Overall, a nice place to unwind and enjoy the ocean view.
