Government-owned KU property with genuinely excellent staff who serve fresh food grown on-site — cassava, sweet potatoes, their own vegetables. Pool aerobics and games are fantastic, and they'll check you in hours early without fuss, though the lawn maintenance is slow due to bureaucracy.

    Service was excellent. Food was top notch and we enjoyed our stay with a group of 14 (Leah's family). The staff are excellent especially Mr. Ndun'gu, Madam Rehema and Mr. Paul.

    Not bad for a government owned (KU). Great staff. Do something about maintenance. Overgrown lawn grass maybe due to bureaucracy but overly the staff are great and welcoming. They were also kind enough to check us in after we arrived many hours early

    Location is too deep inside and unreachable on foot. I guess they wanted to be at the beach. Food was awesome. They took care of my health needs plus being a disabled person they would serve me where I was seated which was convenient and not tiresome. Better have a car or private means like uber or tuktuk.

    The hotel have the best services.Their food is so fresh and delicious I came to understand they grow their own vegetables and most tubers example cassava ,sweet potatoes.. All the staffs are so friendly and welcoming. At the swimming pool the aerobics and pool games are out of this World. Everything about this hotel is excellent, praying one day the government will extend tarmac road to the hotel. Can't forget the evening entertainment is 🔥. Kudos North coast beach hotel and keep it up 🙏,kudos

    Anyone who values good food, excellent services and a good relaxing place away from home. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming in all departments,been to several hotels bit North coast beach staff are out of this world,they are the real meaning of hospitality industry. Family friendly. I wish the government can tarmac their road from where the tarmac road ends at Sun and sand hotel
